- PPCG will customize a CA Clarity PPM training program that incorporates your business process and unique Clarity configuration into the classroom.
- Training is generally role-based, and targeted to key user groups including Portfolio Managers, Financial Managers, Program/Product Managers, Project Managers, Resource Managers, Clarity Administrators, and members of the PMO.
- The development effort can be very low (if PPCG is simply tailoring the agenda or creating handouts). Additional effort is required to create customized student handbooks, training databases and classroom exercises.
- PPCG will provide a development estimate once requirements are confirmed.
- Content can be authored using CA Productivity Accelerator (CA PA) or less expensive tools like Microsoft Office and Camtasia Studio.
